The atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back, because it should all be about having fun with the girls! This workshop is adapted to make sure your Bachelorette or Hen Party is a great success. You will notice that Pole Dancing is sport and a great work-out with only 1 tool… The Pole!
You will be welcomed wit a smile by the instructor.You will start with the warming-up to make your legs, arms & hips more flexible. You will start with the teasing part on the floor and you will learn a small choreography… Your professional instructor will teach you all the basics you need for Pole Dancing and when you are ready you will be turning around in the pole and even hanging upside down! This will give many hilarious moments for your Hen Party!!
